• If your plush arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll send a replacement or refund you — your choice.
• Change of heart? Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.

To start, email hello@plushvault.shop with your order number and a photo (if applicable). Refunds are issued to your original payment method once processed.
